RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Should an item be damaged in shipment, we must be notified within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise.  Returns are not accepted without prior approval.  Upon receiving a damaged item we will replace it, provided it is still available, or credit the customers credit card for the full amount charged.

We must be notified within 3 days of receipt of merchandise should the customer wish to return it for any other reason.  The UPS/Fedex Ground Shipping Cost of any merchandise returned is the responsibility of the customer.  Returns are not accepted without prior approval, and must be received within 14 days.  Upon receiving any item in perfect condition and in the original box, we will credit the customer for the amount of the merchandise minus the return shipping cost.

SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to ship orders within 5-6 business days from the time payment notification is received.  If there is a problem and we have the customers e-mail we will contact them and let them know the status of their order.
